All of this without charging any commission per seated customer.

Does dinr.pt charge any commission per booking or per customer?

No, not at all. At dinr.pt, we believe in predictable costs. All revenue generated by your bookings goes directly to your restaurant's account. We only charge a fixed monthly fee according to the plan you choose (Pro, Ultra, or Max), regardless of the number of customers who sit at your table through the platform.

How do customers make bookings? Do they need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No download is required. The process was designed to be as simple and fast as possible (frictionless). Your customer clicks the booking link on your website, Google Maps, or social media, chooses the date, time, number of guests, and special occasion, and confirms the booking in less than 10 seconds directly in the browser of their phone or computer.

How does the 14-day free trial period work?

You can try dinr.pt in a real environment for 14 days completely free. During your initial onboarding, you will select the ideal plan for your restaurant (Pro, Ultra, or Max) and securely confirm the start of the trial period via Stripe. The first payment will only be processed after the 14-day trial ends. If you decide the platform is not what you are looking for, you can cancel your subscription independently at any time before the end of the trial period, with zero costs and no charges to your card.

Are my restaurant and customer data secure and compliant with GDPR?

Yes, security and privacy are absolute priorities in our architecture. Contact data, visit history, and guest preferences belong solely and exclusively to your restaurant. Unlike aggregator platforms, we do not share or use your data to promote competitors. All of our infrastructure is hosted in Europe and strictly complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Can I customize the booking engine with my restaurant's logo and colors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From the Pro plan onwards, you have full control over the visual customization of your public booking page. You can upload your restaurant's logo, choose the cover image, and define the primary color (in hexadecimal format) so that the booking widget acts as a natural and elegant extension of your own brand.

What happens if a customer doesn't show up (no-show)? How does the platform help?

dinr.pt actively combats empty tables in two ways:

Active Confirmation: The system sends timely reminders via email and WhatsApp (and SMS, available in the Max plan) so that the customer can reconfirm or cancel the table with a simple click.

Digital Waitlist: If a booking is cancelled last minute, the table is released immediately in the online system and can be automatically reassigned to customers on your digital waitlist, safeguarding that shift's billing. The waitlist is included in every plan.

Is it hard to set up the interactive timeline and start using it? Do I need technical training?

Not at all. dinr.pt was designed based on feedback from floor staff to ensure it is intuitive and visual. You can chronologically organize and view your daily bookings in seconds, controlling shifts with extreme ease. Any waiter can learn to master the system in less than 10 minutes. In the Max plan, we also include customized training sessions for your restaurant's entire team.

What are the differences between the Pro, Ultra, and Max plans?

Pro (€59/month + VAT): The entry plan, for those digitizing the floor. Includes 5 users, unlimited tables and reservations, interactive timeline, digital waitlist, email and WhatsApp notifications from the restaurant's own number, custom branding, digital menu with QR code, reports, and developer API.

Ultra (€99/month + VAT): For operations that live off a full floor. Everything in Pro, plus 10 users, interactive floor map, complete client management (profiles, advanced metrics, automatic VIP, automatic tags, export, and profile merging), reservation status pipeline, and WhatsApp message customization.

Max (€169/month + VAT): For groups, events, and operations with more than one space. Everything in Ultra, plus 15 users, 2 branches with multi-unit management, SMS notifications (with customization), the complete Events CRM (custom questions, automatic table blocking, BEO sheet, interactive proposals, and deposit collection), reservation prepayment, and unlimited pipelines.

Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial and can be paid monthly, half-yearly, or yearly — with a progressive discount on the longer cycles.

The digital menu is included in every plan. QR Code table ordering, takeaway, and online payment are an add-on module purchased separately, just like extra users and branches.

Question 10

Can I change plans or cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We do not apply any long-term loyalty contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your monthly subscription independently and directly from your admin panel whenever you want. If you choose to cancel, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period that has already been paid.
